What is Soul Art?

Soul Art is a 5 step essential tool in your every day practice of self care. The process of connecting your desires, challenges, physical pain, emotional blocks, confusion, dreams and goals to the way they feel within different parts of your body is profound. The intuitive, creative expression that helps to communicate the inner you to also match the outer you is life changing. Soul Art is a beautiful dance that guides you to your passion and life's purpose.

I have been using Soul Art in both my personal and business life for over a year now and the changes have been noticeable by all around me and my spiritually based creative business.

I am in love with me again! My confidence has been lifted. I have a great desire to be healthy and eat better. I can focus on growing my business. I am more creative than ever!!! Jewels 

Here is a personal experience I had while going through the Soul Art process

While working on my money ritual the simple process of doodling spirals was birthing one expression after the other. I kept finding messages within the motion of connecting the movement to the body. It was really powerful. The biggest message that came through for me was "STOP ANALYZING"!!!! 

Do I need Art Experience? NO NO NO!!!! This is not an art workshop where you are learning how to use a certain medium or technique. This is all about you expressing yourself in the way that you are called to do. 

I have always believed and practiced the idea of connecting creativity and healing. Adding Soul Art into my life and business has validated this belief in the most magical ways. I have witnessed the transformation within myself and my friends. I look at my Soul Art wall with my 3 Goddesses everyday and ask them for guidance. I feel safe and empowered as they look back at me. The message is always clear "there is no going back".!
